This week I was under the influence of a show called For The Love of Ray J. It is a typical reality dating show where girls are selected to win over the heart of singer Ray J. They are put through challenges to prove how much they want to be there. There is usually drama to thicken the plot and reel in more viewers.

The show depicts women as the trophy wives that all men are looking for. Ray J is out looking for "love" but the show has little of that on it. It's mostly women showing him how strong their sex appeal is compared to the rest of the girls in the house. From what I have seen so far, he has mostly kept the women who have the so called "slutty" characteristics which doesn't really make for a good long lasting relationship. The show portrays women as "a piece of meat" and that all they are good for is entertainment and show.
